Yoni Massage Istanbul
Yoni is a word meaning “Female Genitals, Uterus, Vagina” in the Sanskrit language, spoken in countries such as India and Nepal in the past. Yoni Massage is a sexual massage applied to the area around the vagina, the clitoris, and the inner and outer lips. This massage available only for ladies.
How to Perform a Yoni Massage?
Yoni massage can be a deeply intimate and healing experience. It’s crucial to approach it with respect, consent, and a focus on the receiver’s comfort and pleasure. Whether performing a self-massage or with a partner, communication is key.
It can be done alone or in conjunction with Tantra Massage.
1. Create a Sacred and Safe Space
- Atmosphere: Dim the lights, light candles, use essential oil diffusers with calming scents like lavender or rose.
- Music: Play soft, ambient, or meditative music to create a tranquil environment.
- Comfort: Ensure the space is warm and comfortable, with soft cushions, blankets, and privacy.
- Hygiene: Both the giver and receiver should have clean hands. Ensure any tools are properly cleaned.
2. Warm-Up the Body (Optional but Recommended)
Before focusing on the yoni itself, many practitioners begin with a full-body massage to help the receiver relax and become more present in their body. This can include:
- Gentle touch: Lightly stroking the back, shoulders, arms, and legs.
- Sensual areas: Slowly massaging the abdomen, belly, breasts, and inner thighs to build anticipation and deepen relaxation.
- Breathing: Encourage slow, deep breaths, focusing on the inhale and exhale to synchronize movements and energy.
3. Essential Tools
- Lubricant/Massage Oil: Crucial for comfort and ease of movement. Choose a high-quality, natural, non-toxic, and paraben-free lubricant or oil (like coconut oil or almond oil) that won’t irritate sensitive skin or disrupt vaginal flora.
- Optional: A mirror can be helpful for self-massage to better see the area. Yoni eggs (made of jade or other stones) can be used for internal stimulation if desired and after proper preparation.
4. Yoni Massage Techniques (External)
Always start slowly and gently, adjusting pressure and speed based on the receiver’s responses and comfort. Communication is paramount: continuously check in with the receiver to ensure they are comfortable and enjoying the sensations.
- Cupping: Gently cup the hand over the entire vulva area, slowly moving it in circular motions or simply holding it there to feel the sensation of touch.
- Circling: Use a fingertip to draw small, gentle circles around the clitoris, varying direction (clockwise/counter-clockwise) and pressure. Experiment with larger circles around the entire vulva.
- Pushing and Pulling: With one or two fingers, gently push down on the clitoris in small, pulsing movements, then pull the finger down the shaft of the clitoris. Repeat on both sides.
- Tugging: Gently grasp the clitoris between the thumb and index finger and lightly tug it away from the body, then release. You can also gently tug on the labia (inner and outer).
- Tapping: Lightly tap the clitoris with one or more fingertips, varying the rhythm and intensity.
- Rolling: Gently hold the clitoris (or labia) between your thumb and index finger and lightly roll it back and forth, adjusting the pressure as desired.
5. Yoni Massage Techniques (Internal – if desired and with clear consent)
Internal massage should only be performed with explicit and enthusiastic consent, and only if both parties are comfortable and knowledgeable.
- G-Spot Stimulation: Gently insert one or two lubricated fingers into the vagina, curving them into a subtle “come hither” motion towards the front vaginal wall. Feel for a slightly spongy area (often referred to as the G-spot) and apply gentle, varied pressure.
- Vaginal Walls: Explore the entire vaginal canal with gentle, circular, or stroking movements.
- Pelvic Floor: Some techniques involve stimulating the pelvic floor muscles, often with the use of a yoni egg or specific finger movements.
6. Focus on the Experience
- Patience: Yoni massage is not about rushing to an outcome. It’s about presence, connection, and exploring sensation.
- Breathing Sync: Giver can synchronize their breath with the receiver’s, creating a harmonious flow of energy.
- Mindfulness: Encourage the receiver to stay present with the sensations in their body.
- Orgasm (Optional): Orgasm may occur, but it’s not the primary goal. The focus is on pleasure, healing, and connection. If the receiver does experience orgasm, you can continue with gentle, soothing touches for a few minutes afterwards.
Important Considerations:
- Consent is Non-Negotiable: Always ensure enthusiastic and ongoing consent. Stop immediately if there’s any discomfort or hesitation.
- Listen to the Body: Pay close attention to the receiver’s verbal and non-verbal cues. Every person’s body is different, and sensitivity levels vary.
- No Pain: Yoni massage should never be painful. If any pain occurs, stop immediately.
- Professional Guidance: For a deeper understanding and to learn more advanced techniques, consider seeking guidance from a Certified Tantra Massage therapist.
Yoni massage can be a profound practice for self-discovery, healing, and intimate connection. Remember to always prioritize respect, communication, and the well-being of the receiver.
